Spiritual Alchemy In Water and In Us

There is a very interesting body of research done and many books written by a Japanese research scientist, Dr. Masaru Emoto. In his very first study recorded in his book, The Message From Water, he studied water he bottled and then taped words like love, hate, forgiveness, resentment, and gratitude and an absolutely fascinating thing happened. When frozen, the crystals or snowflakes formed into various, distinct matrixes as a direct result of the words that were taped onto the bottled water. Beautiful crystals of exquisite forms were grown from the water when the words were loving, gentle, and positive. Distorted, broken and ill-formed crystals were grown from words that were angry, hateful, and negative. And the experiments were repeatable, verifiable results. It sounds miraculous and to think that water can be affected by the energy that we instill within it. He went on to use the human voice, and then sound waves. Music was also used creating gorgeous snowflakes of delicate compositions. D. Emoto has written to date ten volumes of study on water each deepening the marriage of science and spirituality with each exploration.

Well, we are nothing if not fleshy bottles of about 60 percent water. If we extrapolate from this study the effects of sounds, words, and emotions on our watery bodies, just think about how these things potentially can shape us. Furthermore, what we feel, think, and express in and from ourselves also shapes us internally and externally as well. To give you an example of this, allow yourself to sit quietly by yourself and remember a moment of great joy in your life. It doesn’t matter what you are remembering as long as you are experiencing that moment in your mind’s eye. Now allow yourself to visualize every detail of that memory. Feel the weather of that day on your skin. Smell the air around you for any scents that further deepen this memory. Who are you with? Can you remember any bits of conversation? Are there any other sounds in the room? What colors do you see? And now, how does your body feel? Go deeper into your heart and feel the emotions that you felt that day. With all of these memories coming forward, how do you feel right now, in this moment, from this memory that you are reliving? How does your heart feel? Is it singing with the joy of this memory?

Now let go of this joyous memory and allow yourself to remember a time of great sadness and loss. Remember, this is just an exploration, some emotional research if you will allow it. Go into your mind’s eye with curiosity and the same clarity as you did for the emotion of joy. Allow yourself to go deep into this memory and experience everything that you can remember about that day, that moment in time. What was the weather like that day? Are there any scents that you can smell in the memory space around you? Allow yourself to sit deeply into this moment and experience every detail that you can recall. Who are you with? Are you alone? What sounds can you hear in the space you are in? What colors do you see? With all of these memories coming forward, how do you feel right now reliving this memory? How does your heart feel? Is it crying from the weight of this memory?

Now let this emotion go and come back to the present moment. Release the emotion of sadness and become more neutral and curious in this exploration of emotional energy and its effects upon you. That’s good. You are doing well. What are you feeling and thinking intuitively? What have you learned from this short journey into your emotions and memory? Do you sense the power of memory inside your body/mind/heart/spirit?

Our bodies are made of water. And energy travels through water like electricity does in a bathtub of water and it has power. What if I told you that water is the fuel that energy workers use to transmit healing from Spirit through their bodies to yours? This is a fact that I, as an energy healer needed to pay attention to in order to prevent fatigue when I was working. Whenever I was channeling healing from Spirit to my clients, I needed to hydrate frequently. When I was done working, I also needed to drink water to cleanse any released energies from my clients from my own body. Water is the element that the Divine uses to transmit frequencies of healing, divine love, joy, peace, and so much more. As an evidential psychic medium, your loved ones use the water in my body to transmit their love through to you in the form of images, sounds, memories, scents, thoughts, emotions, sensations, and even tastes for you to know that it is they who are communicating to you. My job is simply to report this information to you like a telephone. I have to keep my body as clear and clean as possible of my own stuff, so that their information is clear and as accurate as possible. Water is one of the ways that I can do this.

So, emotions have energetic frequencies that affect us all within our bodies, minds, emotions, and souls. In a sense, we are what we eat in terms of what we take into our bodies from the energy of life around us. I believe that it can enhance us and create us into our highest potential if we allow it to, much like Dr, Emoto’s crystals from the bottles of water that had love, joy and gratitude taped onto them. We always have choice as to the how and the what that we will create from what life gives us. But how do we work with the tough stuff? The darker and heavier emotions that swirl around inside of our bodies. How do we heal and release these frequencies and become wise instead of bitter from those darker days? It is a matter of sitting with the energy and examining it with a measure of curiosity and a gentle, loving heart. It is giving ourselves time to process it and make sense of it. If we are able to sit back and look at what we are feeling and then trace it back to a memory that it resonates with at the same frequency, then we can fully feel that old feeling, understand it, and then release it. We can also release the current one that pinged on the old one thus causing it to come up from the depths of time.

When the old emotions arise, it is an organic process of reliving them with our entire bodies that heals us. Our cells, like the water in Dr. Emotos’s bottles, have contained the vibrations of that moment in time and they need time to release them gently, gradually, and organically. It can be a process of an hour, days, weeks, and even months, depending on the intensity of the frequency and how long it has been rooted into our bodies. But, as each tendril of memory is gently withdrawn, the cleared space can be filled with the energy of love, compassion, and kindness for what we went through, deeply healing and reforming the memory into a kind of wisdom about life as we lived it. Resentments can be let go, forgiveness can flourish – both for ourselves and for others - that may deepen even more with time and even greater understanding. Living this Life is like water flowing between two river banks, giving us ongoing opportunities to make choices on how we will move through the currents of time and around the obstacles of all the rocks and branches. We can choose to allow the past to inform our present and our choices for the future without it pulling us under, as long as we have done our spiritual homework of self-examination. We have infinite opportunities to choose love, compassion, kindness, and forgiveness and even feel deep gratitude for the entirety of it all. If you believe that all that we experience here on Earth is for your spiritual growth, even the good the bad and the ugly, then you have a very good place to begin your healing journey. It’s how you internalize it all and work with it that will make the difference for you in the long run. So, what kinds of crystals of water and light do you want to grow inside of you? It’s entirely your choice on how you want them to be formed. It just takes curiosity, self-determination, and compassion to transform and create them.

I wish you peace and wisdom for your highest and greatest good.
